These Terms govern your use of ScreenWing desktop and mobile software, subscription features, website, and related services (the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ScreenWing lets a compatible phone or tablet act as an additional computer display over a supported local or USB-networking connection. Compatibility, performance, and features depend on your hardware, operating system, drivers, network, and store region.
2. Subscription and automatic renewal
ScreenWing Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play shown in the tablet app. US$3.99 per month is the website reference price; the binding local amount, currency, taxes, renewal date, introductory terms if any, and payment schedule are those shown by the applicable store before you confirm the purchase. One verified purchase belongs to one passwordless ScreenWing account. That account may register up to five compatible iPadOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux devices, while one display stream may run at a time. Before subscribing, an eligible account may use a shared trial of 30 minutes per day, up to 210 minutes per week and 900 minutes per month; the quota applies to the account, not separately to each device. An active paid membership continues access through its paid period and renews monthly unless canceled in the applicable store.
Cancel or manage the subscription in the store account used to purchase it. A member may verify their email directly on the Membership Account page or use “Open Membership Account” in ScreenWing Desktop. The temporary website session can display membership status, pseudonymous member ID, store source, registered desktop platforms, tablet-reported labels, and the active-session summary described in our Privacy Policy. The same limited usage fields are available in ScreenWing’s private operator console for membership support and service operation. The website does not receive the desktop activation credential or perform cancellation itself. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access through the already-paid period, subject to store rules and applicable law. Commercial display sessions require an online membership and single-session check. Deleting an app or deleting the ScreenWing account does not cancel a subscription; renewal must be canceled separately in the store account where it was purchased.
3. Billing, taxes, and refunds
Apple or Google processes the purchase, payment method, receipt, applicable tax, renewal, cancellation, and store refund workflow. ScreenWing does not receive your full card number, CVV, store account password, or payment credentials. Access becomes active only after ScreenWing’s entitlement service independently verifies the App Store transaction or Google Play purchase. Refund requests are handled through the store used to purchase, under our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
4. License and acceptable use
While your entitlement is active, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScreenWing for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may install ScreenWing on up to five compatible devices and link desktop activations to your account. The standard membership permits exactly one live display stream across those registered devices at a time; a short-lived online lease rejects concurrent use.
You must not bypass subscription or concurrency checks, share a ScreenWing account outside the licensed user or organization, redistribute commercial builds, interfere with the Service, access a device without authorization, reverse engineer where prohibited by applicable law, or use ScreenWing unlawfully.
The installer may preserve a machine-bound activation when ScreenWing is reinstalled on the same computer. To add or replace a computer, sign in to the iPadOS or Android Membership screen with the same ScreenWing email and enter the computer’s new one-time code. If the account already has an active membership, no second store purchase or restore is required. Existing registered computers remain linked, but only one may stream at a time.
5. Your systems and content
You are responsible for the computers, displays, networks, content, backups, permissions, and security controls used with ScreenWing. Display and input data can be sensitive. Restricted USB mode is recommended. Enable optional unencrypted Wi-Fi/LAN mode only on a trusted private network, keep devices updated, and never expose streaming ports to the public internet.
6. Availability and changes
We may release fixes, change supported platforms, or discontinue features. We aim to keep paid functionality available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible and remain subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.
7. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenWing is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for failed payment, fraud, abuse, a security threat, or a material breach. You may stop using ScreenWing at any time, but must separately cancel automatic renewal in the store account where you subscribed.
Third-party services
Your use of Apple, Google, Cloudflare, store billing services, operating-system components, and other third-party services is governed by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our data handling.
8. Governing law and disputes
Except where the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any non-waivable rights, remedies, and local venues granted by the law of your habitual residence.
