Terms of Use

Effective July 16, 2026

On this pageThe ServiceSubscriptionBillingLicenseYour systemsAvailabilityLiabilityContact

These Terms govern your use of ScreenWing desktop and mobile software, subscription features, website, and related services (the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ScreenWing lets a compatible phone or tablet act as an additional computer display over a supported local or USB-networking connection. Compatibility, performance, and features depend on your hardware, operating system, drivers, network, and store region.

2. Subscription and automatic renewal

ScreenWing Pro is planned at USD $5.00 per month through Stripe-hosted checkout. The current website is a private-beta sandbox and does not accept live payments. When live sales open, the plan will automatically renew for successive monthly periods unless canceled, and Stripe will charge the saved payment method. The iPadOS and Android apps are free companions and do not require a second mobile subscription.

You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from the desktop application or Customer Center. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access through the already-paid period, subject to provider rules and applicable law. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

3. Billing, taxes, and refunds

Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Prices may be subject to taxes or currency conversion for your location. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. We never ask you to send payment-card details directly.

4. License and acceptable use

While your entitlement is active, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScreenWing for lawful personal or internal business purposes. One standard membership activates one desktop host at a time. You may install the free companion on compatible mobile devices, but simultaneous session limits may depend on the desktop platform.

You must not bypass subscription checks, redistribute commercial builds, interfere with the Service, access a device without authorization, reverse engineer where prohibited by applicable law, or use ScreenWing unlawfully.

The installer may preserve a machine-bound activation when ScreenWing is reinstalled on the same computer. If an activation is lost or you replace the computer, contact support before purchasing again so the previous activation can be reviewed.

5. Your systems and content

You are responsible for the computers, displays, networks, content, backups, permissions, and security controls used with ScreenWing. Display and input data can be sensitive. Restricted USB mode is recommended. Enable optional unencrypted Wi-Fi/LAN mode only on a trusted private network, keep devices updated, and never expose streaming ports to the public internet.

6. Availability and changes

We may release fixes, change supported platforms, or discontinue features. We aim to keep paid functionality available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible and remain subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.

7. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenWing is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for failed payment, fraud, abuse, a security threat, or a material breach. You may stop using ScreenWing at any time, but must separately cancel automatic renewal through Stripe.

Third-party services

Your use of Stripe, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, operating-system components, and other third-party services is governed by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our data handling.

8. Contact and changes

During private beta, participants should use the private channel through which access was provided. A verified private contact and the contracting seller’s legal details will be added to the Support Center before live sales open. Do not include activation secrets, payment details, or sensitive personal data in a public message. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
